Terms and Conditions

Festival Pass & Day Pass purchasers must exchange their print-at-home ticket(s) for an official Festival Pass upon arrival in the Showplace lobby. Print-at-home tickets will be accepted for the Thursday Opening Night feature.

The following terms and conditions apply:

1) Seating at all films is first come, first served.
2) Tickets are non-refundable or redeemable for cash.
3) Unauthorized reproduction of tickets is not permitted.
4) Passes are valid for one person only, and cannot be shared.

Your tickets are being purchased from ReFrame Peterborough International Film Festival (the organizer).

Tickit's services are limited to generating and delivering tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. Tickit’s fees for this service are non-refundable.

All communications or disputes regarding ticket order refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Tickit will be not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.
